Operations Committee:

The Operations Committee works collaboratively to review plans that support the district's routine operations and identify potential capital improvements. Topics surround Budgeting, Building and Grounds, Transportation, Security, and Shared Services. Gaining insight from the District Business Administrator, the Head of Facility Maintenance, the Transportation Director, and other key stakeholders, the committee discusses proposals and brings recommendations before the whole Board for approval. 

Education Committee:

The Education Committee supports academic achievement and promotes student success by overseeing the development and implementation of curriculum and assessment. The committee regularly reviews student data to inform decisions and ensure continuous improvement in educational outcomes. This committee ensures that all programming aligns with district goals and state standards, supporting a comprehensive academic, social, and emotional learning framework. Additionally, the Education Committee evaluates educational initiatives to enhance student outcomes and maintain high-quality learning experiences.
