Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well! I’m writing to remind everyone of our morning drop-off procedures to ensure the safety of all our students, especially our youngest learners.
The front parking lot is reserved exclusively for Pre-K families. There are 10 designated spots for Pre-K parents to park briefly and escort their children safely to the Pre-K doors. We kindly ask Pre-K parents to drop off swiftly and avoid idling in those spaces to keep the traffic flowing smoothly.
For families with students in kindergarten through grade 5, please do not use the front lot. Instead, use the drive-around drop-off area by the gym doors. This will help avoid congestion and keep everyone safe.
A friendly reminder that doors open at 8:03 a.m., and school starts at 8:18 a.m. Use this time frame to your advantage—take your time, avoid rushing, and always drive slowly. Be aware of your surroundings and stay focused to keep our students safe.
Lastly, do not walk behind cars in the staff parking lot. This is extremely dangerous, especially with the heavy morning traffic.
